BPA & R2R Analyst Position

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Key Responsibilities

Drive tax compliance activities with the R2R team, managing INE, COPE, and VAT recovery. Collaborate with the BPA team to optimize planning and controlling processes. Ensure precise cost recognition and FTE allocation within the IM division. Deliver insightful ad-hoc management reports to key business partners. Spearhead AI enhancements and data consistency in the Genie application. Proactively engage with NOCC teams on tax and statutory matters. Provide responsive support to local teams, addressing queries efficiently. Champion productivity improvements and process innovations for maximum effectiveness. Novartis, Equal opportunity employer Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Business-level proficiency in English; Dutch language skills highly advantageous. Proven expertise in local GAAP and Novartis Financial Controls Manual (NFCM). Strong track record in fostering a robust control environment. Demonstrated ability to implement and document clear financial processes. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting principles. Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments.
