De Electrical System Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, ontwerpen, vrijgeven en opvolgen om ervoor te zorgen dat de technische resultaten voldoen aan de kwaliteits-, betrouwbaarheids-, prestatie- en kostenverwachtingen van de klant, voor de volgende systemen:


-Diesel Trucks

-Elektrische Trucks (Midden- en hoogspanning)

-Elektrische voertuigen

-Elektrische componenten

-Hydrogen Fuel Cells

-Vehicle Networks


Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Samenwerken en ondersteuning bieden aan de productie-, inkoop-, marketing- en aftermarket-groepen die bij het project betrokken zijn.
  • Ontwikkel vereisten op component-/subsysteemniveau op basis van vereisten op truck-/systeemniveau
  • In staat om te werken aan een elektrisch schemagereedschap (Zuken) en kabelboom.
  • Ondersteuning van ontwikkelingstests om de robuustheid van het ontwerp aan de vereisten te garanderen.
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van testplannen (DVP&R, validatie, etc.) voor subsysteem/component.
  • Analyseer gegevens en communiceer testresultaten.
  • Leveren van product-/processpecificatiedocumenten, gedetailleerde tekeningen, testtechnische rapporten, verkoop- en productinformatiegegevens en testplannen.
Functie-eisen

  • Afgeronde HBO Technische opleiding richting Elektrotechniek /Automotive Electronics/Electronica;
  • Minimaal 2-4 jaar werkervaring in de automotive branche en Off-highway domein is een pre;
  • Kennis en ervaring met electrische schema programma "Zuken";
  • Ervaring met CAD in Siemens NX;
  • Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Hyster-Yale valt onder de CAO metalektro, en hanteert een marktconforme transparante inschaling per functie.


Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden en extra’s:


  • 8% vakantiebijslag
  • 27 verlof dagen plus 13 ADV dagen op jaarbasis bij een fulltime dienstverband
  • Mogelijkheid tot verkoop van 6 ADV dagen per jaar, zijnde 2,3% loon
  • Mogelijkheid tot kopen (plus 10) of verkopen (min 6) verlofdagen
  • PME-pensioenfonds (verplichte deelname conform CAO)
  • Mogelijkheid voor hybride werken (in overleg met leidinggevende, maximaal 2 dagen per week bij fulltime dienstverband, mits functie het toelaat)
  • Bruto/netto voordeel (Fiscfree), zoals aanschaf fiets, sportabonnement ed.
  • Flexibele werktijden, waarbij je kunt starten met je werkdag tussen 7:00u en 9:30u (mits functie het toelaat)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,19 cent per KM, met een max van 30 KM enkele reis (eerste 7,5 KM worden niet meegerekend) met een max vergoeding van € 11,40 EUR per dag
  • Na start krijg je toegang tot het personeelshandboek met daarin alle bovengenoemde en aanvullende informatie, zoals korting op verzekeringen, bedrijfszorgpakket e.d.

Hyster-Yale heeft al 90 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en bouwen van kleinere pallet trucks tot aan de grootste jumbo trucks (52 ton) en is een global opererende organisatie en heeft sinds de jaren ‘50 een locatie in Nederland/Nijmegen. Hyster-Yale ontwerpt, assembleert, verkoopt en levert service aan heftrucks (8-52 ton) onder de merknamen Hyster en Yale. Er zijn in Nijmegen twee assemblagelijnen voor de grootste trucks in de range: de Big Truck line en Jumbo Truck line. Op de locatie in Nijmegen werken ruim 750 mensen verdeeld over drie divisies: 400 mensen in de manufacturing, 200 bij het Big Truck Development Centre (Engineering) en ruim 150 bij de After Market (after sales) organisatie.
