Wie ben jij

Als Account Support Medewerker heb jij al flink wat ervaring opgedaan in een vergelijkbare support, administratieve of sales rol. Je bent een expert in het opbouwen van sterke relaties met B2B klanten Wanneer ze een vraag hebben, weten ze jou direct te vinden. Jij bent helemaal in je element wanneer je een dynamisch en gevarieerd takenpakket hebt.

  • Jij hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (ervaring binnen een technische organisatie is een pré)
  • Jij beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
  • Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pluspunt
Wat ga je doen

Wat ga jij niet doen? Jij staat klaar om klanten te ondersteunen met snelle en nauwkeurige informatie. Of het nu gaat om een vertraagde levering of een speciaal verzoek van de klant, jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt Daarnaast neem je de uitdaging aan van complexe problemen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige wijzigingen worden doorgevoerd om de tevredenheid van de klant te waarborgen

En dat is nog maar een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Jij behandelt klantvragen via e-mail en telefoon en zorgt voor klanttevredenheid
  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de order- en offerteprocessen
  • Af en toe ondersteun je accountmanagers tijdens klantbezoeken
