Wat doet Hellorider?

Hellorider is een snelgroeiend SaaS (software as a service) scale-up dat inspeelt op de duurzame mobiliteitsontwikkelingen. Hellorider doet dit door een oplossing voor fietslease aan te bieden aan (auto)leasemaatschappijen en werkgevers. Hiermee is Hellorider op een missie om werknemers vaker uit de auto en op de fiets naar werk te krijgen. Hellorider werkt inmiddels samen met de grootste en meeste innovatieve leasemaatschappijen in Nederland.

Hellorider uit Amsterdam is hiermee de marktleider in duurzame mobiliteit. Bij Hellorider staat kwaliteit en service voorop. Hellorider: Put the ease in bicycle lease.

Wat ga je doen in deze rol als stagiaire?

Jij werkt samen met het operations team en leert hoe je een optimale (operationele) klantbeleving voor de klanten en partners van Hellorider faciliteert; Je leert hoe je moet samen werken met meerdere afdelingen, zoals het development team om de Hellorider software te verbeteren; Je leert hoe creatieve ideeën en operationele processen worden verbeterd; Je leert hoe je een correcte informatievoorziening naar stakeholders verwoord; Je leert hoe contract afhandelingen met (grote) fietsendealers werken en helpt hen met de onboarding.

Herken je je in dit profiel?

Je bent beschikbaar van 32 tot 40 uur per week; Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Tot slot een enorm enthousiasme om bij dit snelgroeiende SaaS platform te werken;
