About Us: CDD Solutions is a fast-growing scale-up developing a cutting-edge SaaS product focused on KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance solutions. Our small but ambitious team is based in the heart of Enschede, providing a dynamic work environment near the university and opposite the train station. We aim to simplify and automate compliance processes for businesses, helping them meet regulatory standards more efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications in Ruby on Rails for our SaaS platform, focusing on KYC and AML compliance.
• Collaborate with our small, agile team to design and implement responsive, modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and StimulusJS.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deploying solutions on Amazon AWS.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-defined feature designs.
• Participate in client meetings to understand operational and strategic needs and translate them into development tasks.
• Play a key role in improving development processes and adopting best practices as the company scales.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Experience with web application development, with exposure to at least one of the following programming languages and frameworks:
o Ruby on Rails (preferred)
o Python & Django o PHP with a framework such as Laravel
o Java o C# & .NET
o Other object-oriented programming languages and web frameworks
o Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
o Experience with version control systems like Git.
o Knowledge of SQL relational databases.
o Experience in designing and developing user interfaces, with a focus on user-centered design and attention to detail.
o Familiarity with Amazon AWS services, including deployment, management, and scaling of applications, is preferred. Automate you due dilligence procedures today
