  • 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a 3PL environment;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Experience managing a team;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude;
  • Flexibility with working hours (available for shift work)
What will you do

As our Warehouse Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated warehouse employees and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Lead and supervise a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees;
  • Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading and unloading;
  • Oversee the receipt and registration of incoming goods;
  • Optimize processes and ensure efficient workflow;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
  • Train and develop team members;
  • Monitor team performance and provide support as needed
