It's essential to note that this position does not include housing, and having your own transportation to commute to Den Bosch is required.

  • € 3,500.00 to € 4,000.00 gross per month
  • A full time job (14:30 - 22:30)
  • The possibility for a permanent contract
  • Working in an international team
  • Travel allowance of € 0.21 per km
who are you

You have an eye for detail, including accuracy and thoroughness. As a Production Supervisor you can deal with the hectic of the day. When needed you don't mind overtime or even working during the weekend. It would be nice when you have working experience in electronic or computer industry. Also, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Solid understanding of computer system assembly
  • Possess basic mechanical knowledge
  • Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and in writing)
what will you do

As a Production Supervisor you will join our assembly team. That team is in charge of building of Super micro products. The product quality requirements and shipment deadlines will have your attention always Your goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. Your activities also consist of:

  • organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • in charge of scheduling control
  • maintain material control and quality control
  • in charge of other duties on assembly line
  • identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Qualifications
  • oversee and coach employees

Super Micro is a global leader in high server technology and innovation of IT. The servers are built in their own production department which is located in Den-Bosch. This takes place in the warehouse department and for this department we are looking for several candidates
