Lees dan verder.De functieIn deze rol focus je je op de complexe en/of hoog risico dossiers en toets je onder andere op de beheersing van integriteitsrisico’s. Als First Line Monitoring Specialist ben je samen met de CDD analyst nieuwsgierig naar de echte behoeften van de klant. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werk bestaat uit het risicogericht controleren van de onderzoeken die zijn opgesteld door de CDD analyst. Je vormt een oordeel over de risico’s van nieuwe en bestaande klanten en handelt hiernaar. Je bent goed bewust van het belang van het kennen van de klant en de naleving van het compliance-beleid. Je wordt enthousiast van het beoordelen van de kwaliteit van de klantonderzoeken en het geven van feedback en advies over het verbeteren en efficiënter inrichten daarvan. Dit zijn onder andere jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Controleren van risicogerichte onderzoeken opgesteld door CDD analisten;
  • Adviseren over het verbeteren van klantonderzoeken;
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van nieuw beleid binnen het vakgebied;
  • Geven van gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan collega’s van de CDD supportdesk, senior management en de business;
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de CDD supportdesk.
Dit breng jij meeJouw profiel kenmerken zich door goede communicatieve vaardigheden, cijfermatig inzicht en een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid. Je bent accuraat, durft buiten de bestaande kaders te denken en zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Jij wacht niet af, maar komt zelf met ideeën, voorstellen en initiatieven die positief bijdragen aan het team of de processen. Verder heb je:
  • Een afgeronde hbo opleiding in een relevante richting, bijvoorbeeld bedrijfseconomie of forensisch onderzoek;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar CDD werkervaring en minimaal 6 maanden in een soortgelijke controlefunctie;
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Voorkeur voor ervaring met SAP, CRM en processing.
