Terwijl we blijven groeien, zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde en dynamische Business Operations and Analytics Manager om onze CEO te ondersteunen en strategische initiatieven te leiden binnen onze verkoop- en IT-afdelingen.

Functieoverzicht:
De Business Operations and Analytics Manager zal een belangrijke ondersteuning bieden aan de CEO, door operationele efficiëntie te stimuleren en cruciale inzichten te verschaffen over meerdere afdelingen, waaronder verkoop en IT. De ideale kandidaat is zeer analytisch, in staat om IT- en operationele gegevens te vertalen naar strategische beslissingen, en beheert de dagelijkse operaties om te zorgen voor afstemming met de groeidoelen van het bedrijf.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

Operationeel Leiderschap:

  • Toezicht houden op en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse operaties binnen de verkoop- en IT-teams.
  • Coördineren van afdelingsoverschrijdende projecten die processen verbeteren en efficiëntie verhogen binnen de afdelingen.
  • Samenwerken met afdelingshoofden om ervoor te zorgen dat de bedrijfsdoelen en strategieën worden nageleefd.

IT & Analyse:

  • Analyseer belangrijke IT-systemen en bedrijfsstatistieken met betrekking tot operaties, klantgedrag en financiële prestaties.
  • Verstrekken van bruikbare inzichten uit IT-gegevens en bedrijfsprocessen om besluitvorming te ondersteunen en de operationele prestaties te verbeteren.
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van IT-gedreven rapporten aan de CEO, waarin groeikansen en mogelijke risico's worden uitgelicht.

Verkoopoptimalisatie:

  • Samenwerken met het verkoopteam om de klantreis te verbeteren, conversieratio's te optimaliseren en de algehele verkoop te verhogen.
  • Gebruik maken van IT-tools en inzichten om strategieën te sturen rondom prijsbepaling, voorraadbeheer en marketingcampagnes.

Financieel Toezicht:

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan het financiële team bij het opstellen van begrotingen, prognoses en analyses van financiële prestaties.
  • Zorgen voor kostenefficiëntie en assisteren bij financiële planning die de groeidoelstellingen van het bedrijf ondersteunt.

Projectmanagement:

  • Leiden en beheren van strategische projecten van start tot voltooiing, waarbij tijdige levering en succesvolle resultaten worden gewaarborgd.
  • Beheren van afdelingsoverschrijdende initiatieven die meerdere afdelingen bestrijken, waarbij duidelijke communicatie en samenwerking wordt verzekerd.

Vereisten:

Opleiding & Ervaring:

  • Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, IT, Financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Een masterdiploma is een pluspunt.
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in bedrijfsvoering, IT-analyse of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in projectmanagement, met een sterk begrip van bedrijfsprocessen en IT-systemen.

Vaardigheden & Competenties:

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om IT-gegevens om te zetten in uitvoerbare strategieën.
  • Praktische ervaring met IT-systemen en data-analysetools.
  • Bekendheid met verkoopplatforms en financiële software zoals Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden, in staat om samen te werken met teams en leidinggevenden.
  • Zeer georganiseerd, proactief en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een aanleg voor strategische besluitvorming op basis van IT-inzichten.
