As a temporary receptionist, it is important that you are flexible. The exact days they need you can be found at the bottom of the vacancy. Furthermore, you will certainly not be bored as a receptionist. You will be busy welcoming visitors. In addition, the following tasks will fall into your package:

• Coordinate reservations and appointments for meeting rooms
• Record, store and track all outgoing and incoming courier services and sort mail
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals as required

As a temporary receptionist, you will be working at an international logistics company in Eindhoven. The position is due to a very busy department. The working days will be approximately as follows:

W29: 15 & 16 July

W30: 22 July - 24 July (3 days)

W31: 29 July - 2 august (5 days)

W32: 8 July and 9 July

W33: 14 July - 16 July (3 days)
