IAM Service Owner – Lead IAM Strategy in a Global Tech Environment

Location: The Hague Area | Salary: €85K - €90K | Hybrid (3 days on-site, Thursday mandatory)

Are you an experienced IAM professional who thrives in strategic and policy-driven roles? Do you want to shape the Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy for a leading global organization?

We are looking for an IAM Service Owner who can define, implement, and optimize IAM policies and frameworks in a complex international environment. This role goes beyond technical execution—it requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate IAM policies into real-world implementations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement IAM policies and strategies across a global organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Okta IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT architects, security teams, and regional IT managers to standardize IAM frameworks.
  • Manage IAM-related risks, governance, and compliance in a complex international structure.
  • Act as the key point of contact for IAM initiatives, driving improvements and best practices.
  • Balance security and usability to create scalable, business-friendly IAM solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM, security governance, or access management.
  • Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory (experience with Okta is a plus).
  • Proven ability to develop IAM frameworks, policies, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience working in large, international organizations with complex IAM environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to engage with security teams, IT leadership, and business users.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a structured, policy-driven role.
