In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care (POC) markets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key stakeholders, ensuring our innovative diagnostic solutions meet the evolving needs of the Dutch healthcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication, product training, and support.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Diagnostics, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or a related scientific or commercial field.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare, medical device, or laboratory diagnostics industry.Proven track record in business development or account management, ideally within the Dutch healthcare sector.Strong understanding of the laboratory diagnostics and POC market landscape, including customer needs and market dynamics.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (Turkish proficiency is an advantage).Strategic and analytical thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and strong initiative.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Netherlands as required.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Company car, laptop, and mobile phone.Professional training and career development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Opportunity to make a real impact in advancing healthcare diagnostics across the Netherlands.
