Functieomschrijving
You will be working as a Pallet Packing Warehouse Employee at Samsung SDS in Born. In this department, you ensure that pallets are packed safely so they can be transported correctly.
You always start your day with a brief meeting with your colleagues to go over the expected orders for the day. Then, you gather everything you need to complete your tasks for that day.
Once you’ve mastered this department, we’ll look together at other departments where you can receive further training, so that you can eventually become an all-round employee.
Departments you can be trained in include:
- Picking
- Loading
- Unloading
You’ll work from 09:00 to 18:00. Together with your team, you make sure all orders go out on time. A versatile job, indeed

What we expect from you:
- Physically strong: You can handle heavy work and are able to lift heavy loads.
- Flexible availability: You can work full-time and/or part-time in various shifts.
- Own transport and accommodation: You have your own means of transportation and housing.
- Language skills: You speak English and/or Dutch to follow and understand processes.
Experience in logistics is a plus.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
A great workplace with a stable and long-term job, and at Olympia, we know you personally, so we’re happy to think along with you. Additionally:
- A salary between €13.69 and €14.58, depending on your experience with the reach truck
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer
- Shift allowance after 18:00 of 130%, overtime allowance of 125%, Saturdays at 150%
- Free lunch on Saturdays
- Internal training for reach truck operation
- Pension plan, with Olympia paying the basic premium
- 8.33% holiday allowance, which will be paid in June 2025
- Holiday/leave days, which you accrue within Olympia and can take in consultation with the agencies
- After 6 weeks of work, you will receive company clothing from Samsung SDS
