Over de Functie
Als Engineering Support Engineer ondersteun je de succesvolle implementatie en adoptie van nieuwe tooling binnen Thales. Deze tools verbeteren en optimaliseren onze engineeringprocessen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in deze transitie, waarbij je helpt bij de migratie van oude naar nieuwe tooling en collega’s traint in het gebruik van de nieuwe systemen.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen van Migraties: Begeleid de migratie van gegevens en datamodellen vanuit de oude tooling naar Polarion, Capella, en Pure Variants.
- Data-analyse en Advies: Analyseer bestaande datamodellen en geef aanbevelingen voor een optimale implementatie binnen de nieuwe tools.
- Ondersteuning en Probleemoplossing: Verleen dagelijkse ondersteuning aan collega’s met vragen of problemen rondom de nieuwe tooling.
- Training & Coaching: Train collega’s die met de nieuwe tools gaan werken, zodat ze er zelfverzekerd mee aan de slag kunnen.
- Documentatie & Instructies: Schrijf duidelijke handleidingen en documentatie voor een vlot gebruik en onderhoud van de tooling.
Wie zoeken wij?
We zoeken een proactieve, leergierige collega die zich thuis voelt in een technische werkomgeving en goed kan samenwerken met diverse teams. Je hebt een gestructureerde werkwijze, bent oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk.
Jouw profiel:
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, in een technische (it/engineering) richting
- Ervaring met support-rollen en affiniteit met IT-systemen
- Kennis van of ervaring met tools zoals Polarion, Capella en/of Pure Variants is een pre
- Analytisch en gestructureerd
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt een proactieve instelling
- Op dinsdag en donderdag werk je op de locatie in Hengelo
- Junior tot medior ervaring in de rol van engineering support engineer
