We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled International Sales Support professional to enhance our organization's global sales activities and communication efforts. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, guiding service processes, coordinating marketing campaigns, and creating impactful content for target markets.

Description

ales Support:

  • Engage actively in implementing international sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current international customers and potential clients.
  • Ensure customer data and sales activities are accurately maintained in the CRM system.

Communication and Content Creation:

  • Create and oversee content for international marketing and communication initiatives, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Tailor marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product information for various languages.
  • Write and adapt content to resonate with diverse target audiences and cultures.
  • Foster relationships with trade publications and media outlets to boost brand visibility.

Events and Fairs:

  • Organize and coordinate participation in international trade fairs, training sessions, and other events.
  • Communicate with event organizers and suppliers to ensure seamless participation

Customer Service and After-Sales:

  • Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle service requests from international clients.
  • Oversee after-sales processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
