For our Fund Services business in the Netherlands, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated professional to join our Fund Services Team as a Fund Accountant. Reporting to the Manager Fund Services, you will work with some of our largest clients and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Vergroot uw kans om de sollicitatieronde te bereiken door de volledige functieomschrijving te lezen en snel te solliciteren.As a Fund Accountant, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Prepare and review financial statementsReview bookkeeping, including accruals, interest calculations, sales entries, investment property movements, lease incentives, intangibles, and service charge reconciliations in accordance with Dutch GAAP and IFRSPrepare and review distributions and capital contribution requestsPrepare and review cash flow statementsPrepare and review client-specific periodic (fund) reportingPrepare and coordinate CIT & VAT returnsPrepare audit files and assist with statutory auditsFollow up on and coordinate client-specific accounting and fund requestsAct as the relationship contact for internal CSC mattersMaintain contact with shareholders, clients, banks, auditors, and other relevant external partiesEnsure the seamless delivery of additional services in collaboration with other teamsTo succeed in this role, you will need:HBO or University degree in accountancy, business administration, business economics, or a related field2 – 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or controllingMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar fund accounting and/or client accounting role is desirableProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and bookkeeping applicationsStrong time management, analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindsetFluency in EnglishCSC colleagues have global career opportunities and excellent benefits, including annual success-sharing bonuses or commission plans based on individual performance.We offer a range of support to colleagues with disabilities, ensuring people have the necessary resources to thrive in their roles. xnkfpon We encourage candidates to work closely with our talent acquisition partners to convey their specific needs.
