Onze opdrachtgever is een tech scale-up met een applicatie waarmee de crowd taken uitvoert voor FMCG-klanten. Van het vastleggen van voorraden in schappen tot het opbouwen en verkopen van displays aan winkels. De medewerkers voeren deze taken lokaal uit, wat bijdraagt aan CO2-besparing. Door deze taken te vervullen, verzamelen medewerkers waardevolle data waarmee klanten beslissingen op een hoger niveau kunnen nemen. Op deze manier draagt het bedrijf bij aan de ontwikkeling van essentiële data voor grote FMCG-merken zoals Unilever en Red Bull. Als je bij deze opdrachtgever werkt, krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch en internationaal team en mee te groeien met deze snelgroeiende organisatie.

Jouw rol

We zijn op zoek naar een zeer gedreven Customer Project Manager om ons team in de Benelux te versterken. Als Customer Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de relatie tussen ons bedrijf en onze klanten, en zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden opgeleverd binnen de gestelde tijd en het budget.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderhoud van de complete klantrelatie, inclusief communicatie en de oplevering van projecten
  • Leiden van projectactiviteiten en het monitoren van de voortgang
  • Samenbrengen en managen van alle facetten van het project, van planning tot afronding
  • Geregeld in contact zijn met zowel interne belanghebbenden als externe klanten, zodat de doelen en eisen van het project begrepen en nageleefd worden
  • Actief opsporen en managen van risico's, problemen en veranderingen binnen het project
  • Verzekeren van klanttevredenheid door te voldoen aan de verwachtingen op het gebied van kwaliteit, tijdigheid en communicatie, en deze mogelijk zelfs te overtreffen
  • Herkenning van kansen om de klantrelatie uit te breiden en te laten groeien

Skills en opleiding

  • Afgeronde MBO-4 en/of Bacheloropleiding of vergelijkbare ervaring
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in een rol met klantgerichtheid
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie, organisatie en probleemoplossing
  • Capaciteit om gelijktijdig meerdere projecten te beheren
  • Sterke klantenservice en bekwaamheid in het opbouwen van relaties
  • Kennis van projectmanagementtools is een pluspunt
  • Goede beheersing van Excel
  • Ervaring met samenwerken in multifunctionele teams
  • Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels

Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Amsterdam, met een extra vestiging in Rotterdam en de mogelijkheid om 1 tot maximaal 2 dagen per week vanuit huis te werken. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om binnen ons snelgroeiende bedrijf internationaal te groeien, en vanaf dag één word je actief betrokken en getraind.
