We’re looking for a Warehouse Automation Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cutting-edge solutions—including automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), conveyor systems, and other advanced material-handling technologies.About the RoleIn this role, you will manage automation projects from initial planning through installation, commissioning, and handover. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, integrators, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for warehouse automation installations.Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and on-site technicians during installation and commissioning.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed throughout all project phases.Monitor risks, manage change requests, and maintain accurate project documentation.Facilitate testing, FAT/SAT, and system handover to operations teams.Build strong customer relationships and provide clear, timely communication on project status.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience managing automation, industrial engineering, or material-handling projects.Solid understanding of automation systems such as ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, PLC/controls, and WMS/WES integrations.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.Mandatory professional English.
