The goal of this team is to ensure innovation and supply at the right price, with sustainability and quality as guiding stars in product development.
You are responsible for the commercial agreements with the suppliers. You will manage long-term supplier relationships together with the Category Buyer. You will execute the sourcing strategy and make the right decisions based on your knowledge of the market and deep analysis of the data.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of company' sourcing principles;
- Negotiate with suppliers on commercial conditions: prepare request for quotation, buy the right product at the right price, commercial terms and formalize the agreements;
- Actively contribute to build and manage successful long-term partnerships with suppliers;
- Work closely with Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality and act together as a category team to ensure on time product launch and customer satisfaction;
- Prepare sourcing business cases around AQSCIS principles;
- Work on sustainable initiatives together with your product category and your suppliers.
