What will you do?

As an OTC Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that your customers’ orders are delivered on time and in full. You’ll make sure that every order meets both internal requirements and the customer’s standards in terms of quality, batch criteria, and export documentation for customs clearance.

Your tasks include managing customer orders from start to finish, tracking contracts, processing and confirming orders, and checking product availability. You’ll assign the appropriate inventory and batch selections and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order picking and shipment. Additionally, you’ll arrange transport and ensure that all documentation and labels meet international customs requirements. Finally, you’ll prepare invoices, manage outstanding payments, and respond to customer inquiries within the Order-to-Cash process.

What we like to see in you

As an OTC Officer, you are personable and capable of building both internal and external relationships within the supply chain. You have a proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset. You work accurately and methodically to consistently ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you bring:

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, (Technical) Business Administration, or another relevant economic field of study;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is a strong plus;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Experience in working with SAP is an advantage;
• Availability for a 36-hour workweek.
