About the Role:

Mastek is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Oracle Finance Lead to join our growing European team. In this critical role, you will lead and deliver complex Oracle Finance implementations across various industries. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Finance implementations, including:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Solution design and architecture
  • Project planning and execution
  • Configuration, customization, and integration
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Go-live support and post-implementation support
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Finance technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Mastek's Oracle Finance service offerings.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Finance implementations, including at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Finance modules (e.g., Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
  • Experience of implementing Europe VAT and localization solutions is preferred.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud (ERP Cloud) implementations.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Language Known: English is must. German/French/Dutch is desirable.
