Voordat u dat doet, zorg ervoor dat u alle details met betrekking tot deze baan in de onderstaande omschrijving leest.We are looking for a flexible part time Sales Assistant to join at our Maastricht store for (10-15 hours a week).FTC 8 months with a probation of 2 months.Reporting to the Store Manager, we are looking for a free thinking, passionate individual who will provide a one of a kind, outstanding customer experience and assist with day to day operations of the store in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager.THE GIGProviding exceptional service to deliver a best in class customer experience at all timesDriven to achieve sales targetsHandle till transactions seamlessly in line with operating proceduresFollow all store operating procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment etcFollow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environmentAny other reasonable task as instructed by the store management teamTHE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTTo be our Sales Assistant you will also possess these qualities:Proven experience in a Retail store is essentialExperience with a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be a bonusDemonstrate a strong understanding of customer service and have the ability to build connectionsAn enthusiasm for Docs and confidence to share this with our customers.Sales oriented – target driven and able to assist the team with achieving store goals andDemonstrate a good understanding of leading a team and driving salesProfessional, but also authentic and fearlessFlexibility in availability is essential - Shifts may vary week to week so we will need flexibility to cover different days/timesWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Bonus incentivesFree pair of Docs2 voluntary daysOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIESIt’s never just a job at Dr. Martens.
