who are you

It doesn’t matter whether you have a lot of experience as an operator or if you're taking your first step in this field. What matters most is your strong motivation to work at Qizini.

  • You
  • are available full-time for day shifts, including weekends.
  • You
  • are capable of lifting rolls weighing 20 kg and enjoy working in a cool
  • environment (around 12 degrees).
  • You
  • do not wear jewelry, piercings, nail polish, false nails, false eyelashes,
  • perfume, or deodorant.
what will you do

Together with your colleagues, you prepare fresh sandwiches daily for use in airplanes, supermarkets, and gas stations with the use of fresh, sustainable ingredients and adhere to strict hygiene regulations. The sandwiches are assembled by hand and packed by machine. As an operator, you ensure that the quality is maintained and that the sandwiches are properly packaged before they leave the facility.

  • Set up and adjust machines for different product and packaging formats.
  • Identify and resolve disruptions to keep production running smoothly.
  • Perform quality tests to ensure product meet the high standards.
  • Contribute to keeping machines and the workspace clean.
  • Maintain records in the designated systems.

  • Stable full-time job. Full day shifts with the opportunity for a permanent contract.
  • You will work 6 days one week and 4 days the following week, following a fixed schedule.
  • You will average 40 hours per week.
  • In addition to your salary, you will receive 8% vacation pay and compensation for your travel expenses.
  • From your first day on the job, you will automatically participate in Randstad’s pension plan
