Wij zoeken een getalenteerde Supplier Quality Engineer in de regio Eindhoven. In deze cruciale rol waarborg je de kwaliteit van technische producten en werk je nauw samen met het interne team en leveranciers om de hoogste normen te behalen.

De functie

Als Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het volledige leveranciersproces binnen het New Product Introduction (NPI) team. Jouw technische kennis en analytische vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat onderdelen en processen voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd leveranciers begeleidt en hun prestaties optimaliseert. Je bent nauw betrokken bij elk aspect van de productontwikkeling, waarbij je de spil bent tussen engineering, inkoop en productie. Jouw doel is het waarborgen van een soepele overgang van productontwerp naar productie.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van nieuwe productintroducties met leveranciers binnen het NPI-proces
  • Selecteren, beoordelen en beheren van leveranciersprestaties
  • Oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen en implementeren van verbeterprocessen
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het nemen van preventieve maatregelen
  • Benchmarken en evalueren van leveranciers op basis van kwaliteits- en leveringsprestaties
  • Afstemmen met interne teams en externe leveranciers om productdoelen te realiseren
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en resultaten aan het projectmanagement
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en continue verbetering binnen het team

Jouw profiel
  • Afgeronde opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement en leveranciersbegeleiding binnen een productieomgeving
  • Uitgebreide kennis van procesbeheersing, risicoanalyses en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Vermogen om effectieve relaties op te bouwen met leveranciers en interne teams
