Healthy Workers is a fast growing and leading SaaS company with the main goal of assisting investment, real estate & other businesses with more sustainable, healthy and profitable buildings by reducing energy consumption, automating ESG reporting, and real-time building insights. Our clients achieve a 97% ROI in the first year and with our advanced platform we enable companies to go toward Net-Zero and achieve energy savings of up to 61%. Due to rapid expansion we are currently recruiting a UX/UI Designer.
Job Description
While UI is important, this role primarily focuses on the UX aspect. You will shape the user experience of our smart buildings platform. You will design intuitive workflows in close collaboration with product and customer success teams for our customers and partners. Part of this still needs to be built from scratch. From research to validation, you focus on usability and impact: you create wireframes, prototypes and analyze user feedback to deliver real-time insights.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting user research and interviews to enhance ESG contributions and optimize building and grid performance;
- Mapping client journeys and identifying challenges to pinpoint touchpoints, friction, and opportunities for streamlining interactions;
- Performing in-depth product research to deeply understand and address customer pain points;
- Simplifying complex data in dashboards, ensuring ease of understanding for users and partners;
- Wireframing and prototyping new platform features for improved user experience.
- Enhancing the accessibility and usability of complex data visualizations;
- Analyzing user feedback to continuously iterate and refine design;
- Supporting Customer Success efforts to reduce time-to-value and enhance the overall customer experience.
Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and are proficient in tools such as Figma and Adobe XD;
- You have a strong knowledge of user research, usability testing and iterative design processes;
- You have knowledge of responsive web and mobile app design standards;
- Experience with creating dashboards and data visualization is a big plus;
- You are willing to be present at our office in Amsterdam-Oost 4 days a week;
- You are fluent in both English and Dutch
