De functie

Als Marketing & Business Development Manager draag jij bij aan de zichtbaarheid, groei en zakelijke impact van Simmons & Simmons in Nederland. Samen met een klein team van professionals werk je aan innovatieve strategieën en versterk je de positie van het kantoor in de juridische markt.

Deze functie vereist zowel strategisch denken als praktische uitvoering – het vermogen om beide te combineren is essentieel. Met je team ondersteun je de fee-earning teams op het gebied van pitchprocessen, events, merkprofilering en het opbouwen en onderhouden van interne en externe relaties.

Jouw profiel

  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in marketing en/of business development, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een professionele dienstverlenende organisatie.
  • Goed ontwikkeld begrip van marketingen business development-strategieën en de implementatie ervan.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van het volledige pitchproces en in staat om onderscheidende verkoopargumenten te formuleren.
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en een natuurlijke netwerker die makkelijk verbinding maakt met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
  • Deze functie vereist zowel strategisch denken als praktische uitvoering – het vermogen om beide te combineren is essentieel.
  • Affiniteit met de juridische sector is een pre.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
