FunctieomschrijvingAs a warehouse administrator you will be responsible for:
- Informing and supervising assigned employees.
- Sustainable recovery and reintegration of sick employees.
- Discussing the daily work schedule, progress and issues (internal and external) that require special attention or are not going according to plan.
- Discussing work progress and HR problems with the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Communicating with external suppliers and other departments.
- Set priorities for activities.
- Monitor and adjust the daily operations.
- Take measures to correct mistakes in (un)loading or storage activities.
- Co-assess the performance of employees.
- Organising all activities in the warehouse, to ensure correct physical inventory and proper product storage.
- Ensuring an accurate storage registration.
- Reporting and returning damaged product (Wiera).
- Submitting KPI reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Keeping warehouse area clean and organized.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, procedures and policies in the field of health & safety, environment and food safety.
- Responsible for accurate recording of shift employees on the time and attendance system (time, absences) and provide all necessary information to enable accurate payroll preparation.
- Responsible for accurate recording of shift employees on the absenteeism system (XpertSuite).
- Responsible for accurate recordings in environmental, health, safety and sustainability system (Velocity EHS).
- Knowledge of logistic procedures.
- MBO 3/4.
- Management skills and knowledge of leadership principles.
- Organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of stock control applications (WMS, TMS).
- Knowledge of BRC principles and health & safety regulations.
- Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions and is able to observe these at al times.
- Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary.
- Good command of the English language.
- A very good salary ranging from €3050 - €3300 per month depending on experience.
- A fulltime job in a 5 shift pattern with a stable schedule and a hourly shift allowance of 128,5%.
- Responsible position within the company with plenty of room for growth and development.
- Travel expenses of 0,23ct/km with no maximum.
