BD Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, you are playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers' business needs and our IT-solutions. You identify business issues, assess opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

The role of the Business Process Analyst is multifaceted, combining analytical skills, business acumen, communication and a deep understanding of processes and systems.

You work closely with the various departments and Business Units, but can also work independently, set the right priorities and provide support to customers and colleagues.

Key accountabilities

• You gain knowledge of our systems and processes.
• Analyzing the current processes with the focus to support regional commercial and efficiency initiatives. Develop and implement specific solutions, in close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Communicate customer requirements with the IT-programming teams. You closely monitor the development work and testing and you conduct the final implementation.
• Introduce, participate and/or lead the development of new IT-services, customer specific products and generic products, in collaboration with the commercial teams and the Business Units on a regional and/or global basis.
• You assist the Sales teams with customer meetings and presentations.
