Planning both corrective and preventive tasks, including daily on-site duties and annual scheduled shutdowns for major maintenance.
- Assessing requirements for assigned work orders.
- Drafting work descriptions and complete purchase requests for goods.
- Coordinating the delivery of necessary goods in collaboration with the logistics planner and procurement department.
- Preparing supplies and documentation for technicians.
- Communicating with and supervising external service providers.
- Recording delivered services and goods.
- Initiating improvements to installations and contributing ideas for optimizing preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining contacts with production department staff on site.
