Over de functie

Als proces operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coördineren en bewaken van de voortgang van de productieprocessen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende processen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten, van het invoeren en mengen van grondstoffen tot het afvullen van verpakkingen. Je voert product- en procescontroles uit, registreert procesgegevens en houdt je werkomgeving schoon. Ook het verhelpen en analyseren van storingen en het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud behoren tot jouw taken. Je ondersteunt collega operators technisch en geeft waar nodig feedback. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen van de productielijn en doe je voorstellen voor optimalisaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met operators en de procestechnoloog van de afdeling en zorgt voor een goede overdracht aan je collega’s aan het einde van je shift. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de afdelingsmanager procestechnoloog.

Over het bedrijf

Je gaat werken op de volledig verbouwde vestiging in Lopik. Hier wordt kaas verwerkt en wordt er op ambachtelijke wijze smelt- en rookkaas geproduceerd in diverse smaken en verpakkingsvormen. De producten worden wereldwijd geleverd aan industriële verwerkers, importeurs en handelaren.
