If you don’t see yourself operating at that level, this role isn’t for you.As Content Lead, you take full ownership of the brand’s content ecosystem — from strategy to execution. You manage the creative output across channels, guide internal and external creators, and ensure every piece of content strengthens the brand and fuels growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & DirectionBuild and own the seasonal and always-on content strategy across all platforms.Translate brand direction and commercial goals into clear content frameworks and execution plans.Identify opportunities for cultural relevance, virality, and community engagement — especially on TikTok.Creative Execution & ProductionOversee all content production: campaigns, social, product stories, retail, and brand moments.Work hands-on when needed:Edit content to a polished standard.Shoot low-end but high-quality iPhone footage for speed-sensitive moments.Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand storytelling.Work closely with the in-house Content Creator, external creators, photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, and the Art Director.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Creative Direction, Marketing, Sales, and Retail to align content with brand and commercial priorities.Manage timelines, workflows, and asset delivery across teams.Provide clear briefs and guidance to all creative partners.Performance & OptimisationMonitor platform performance, KPIs, and audience behaviour.Translate insights into actionable improvements for future content and campaigns.Deliver concise performance reports and recommendations.Innovation & Brand DevelopmentStay ahead of platform trends, culture shifts, and competitor behaviour.Bring in bold, sharp ideas that push the brand forward visually and culturally.Explore new formats, creators, and media opportunities.QualificationsProven experience as a Content Lead, Senior Content Producer, Social/Creative Lead, or similar role — ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram: formats, behaviour, algorithms, communities, and content performance.Strong creative eye and the ability to elevate visual storytelling.Solid Adobe creative suite skillsAbility to produce and capture strong content with minimal resources when needed.Strong organisational and leadership skills; capable of managing multiple projects and creators simultaneously.Clear communication and the ability to guide internal teams and external partners.Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics tools.Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).What We OfferA fast, ambitious environment with a sharp creative team.Direct collaboration with the founder, Art Director, and Content Creator.Ownership of the brand’s entire content direction.Competitive salary and strong growth potential.The chance to shape the creative output of a globally expanding fashion brand.How to ApplyIf you can lead, create, and execute at a world-class level, we want to hear from you.Send your CV and a brief cover letter to careers@flaneur.eu.
