Job description
The Sales Manager leads growth of the entire Away From Home (AFH) business in the BeNe-region. You closely manage the distributor network and fully invest in building a solid relationship with your contacts and ensuring common trust, as this highly professional distributor network negotiates and directly markets the brand at the AFH-customers, which include OOH, foodservice and OCS/Vending (Office Coffee Services). By doing this you guarantee the proper presence of Lavazza in your local markets. You also ensure the distributor's - and their customer's – compliance to the brand's strategy and guidelines. Lavazza is looking for a data-driven, responsible and eager Sales Manager Away From Home, preferably experienced in doing business with distributors. The ideal candidate is an excellent networker and a solid advisor and sparring partner for both external and internal stakeholders. A track record in sales in foodservice/OOH is a must.
