Our Consumer Data area, part of the tribe Tech4Engineering streamlines access to all IT4IT related information to the rest of the bank. As Business Architect – Consumer Data, you design and maintain the architectural blueprint for all IT4IT data, collaborating with experts and making a real impact on our digital transformation. Design the enterprise architecture for Consumer Data, ensuring our IT services align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. As Business Architect – Consumer Data, you work closely with the Area Lead and Tech Lead, guiding teams and fostering continuous improvement. Over 10 business architects work together in the Engineering business architecture team. ~Evolve the architecture of IT service management, recently migrated to HaloITSM. Govern and enrich our CMDB data in our enterprise Configuration Management System that brings data from a multitude of sources together and creates meaningful information out of it. Select and implement an enterprise repository solution for improved insight and oversight on our assets, including scenario planning and analysis. You are part of the Engineering business architecture team, consisting of 10 business architects working in this domain. The team is led by the managing business architect for Engineering, who is also acting as tribe architect for Tech4Engineering. Team Leadership Co-lead the Consumer Data area together with the Area Lead and Tech Lead. Collaborate with the Area Lead and Tech Lead to manage the Consumer Data area, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and operational excellence. Functionally lead the Solution Architects in the area. Each architect is linked to one or more squads in the area to guide and oversee the work in these squads in line with the target architecture and area purpose. The members of the Engineering business architecture team are responsible for designing and safeguarding the architecture within Tech4Engineering. as one expert team within Rabobank. You can work on banking matters for our private and business customers, but also on social issues such as food and energy transitions. Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years of experience in the field of (business/enterprise) Architecture, in complex enterprise environments. Data & analytics skills and knowledge: Extensive experience with data & analytics methodologies and technologies. Fully proficient in English; Dutch also preferred. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders across various teams. Familiarity with cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Can you describe a situation where you designed or adapted a complex enterprise architecture to meet both business objectives and compliance requirements (e.g., Tell us about a time when you led a multidisciplinary team (such as Solution Architects and Tech Leads) to realize an architectural vision.
