We are currently looking for a QA officer for one of our bio-pharmaceutical clients in Overijssel.
The QA officer has an important role in the quality assurance of distribution, and logistics operations to ensure that activities carried out continue to meet the requirements of the applicable regulations on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Execute and advise on operational processes related to quality systems.
* Monitor performance and implement improvement programs.
* Conduct training on GDP and GMP.
* Participate in QA projects and continuous improvement activities.
* Manage change impacting documentation, training, and quality systems.
* Support repackaging and secondary packaging compliance.
* Contribute to internal audits and handle exceptions.
* Support external quality inspections and audits.
* Ensure timely implementation of activities for new product introductions.
* Manage non-conformities, deviations, and complaints.
* Identify and implement KPI and PI improvements.
* Provide input for Management Review.
* Act as process owner for key functions and propose innovative solutions.

More specifically, we ask the following of you:
* Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutics, biology, or life sciences.
* 2+ years of experience with quality systems in a pharmaceutical (GDP) environment preferred.
* Knowledge of GDP and GMP.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Leadership ability and resilience in overcoming challenges.
