Lead the Strategic Direction of IT at AllseasAs Head of IT at Allseas, you will lead the strategic direction, governance, and operations of our global IT function. You’ll head a multi-tiered organization of approximately 70 FTEs, combining in-house expertise with outsourced delivery partners. Your mission: to align IT services and digital capabilities with business goals, regulatory standards, and innovation priorities.You’ll represent IT at board level, positioning the department as a key enabler of Allseas’ ambitions. With a strong focus on people leadership, you’ll foster a high-performance culture, nurture talent, and drive transformation across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data.Your roleKey Responsibilities Strategic & Organizational LeadershipDefine and communicate the IT vision and strategy in alignment with corporate goalsRepresent IT at executive level and act as a strategic business partnerLead a multi-disciplinary IT organization, including governance, architecture, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and service managementEnsure continuity of offshore operations (OT, onboard networking, data centers, connectivity)Manage ~70 FTEs across internal teams and supplier ecosystems. People & HR LeadershipFull HR responsibility for team leads: recruitment, onboarding, performance, career developmentBuild leadership capability and drive engagement across the IT organizationPromote diversity, inclusion, and shared ownershipIncrease IT maturity and business awareness across all levels. Governance & OrchestrationMaintain a multi-vendor ecosystem with clear SLAs, XLAs, and measurable outcomesOversee Service Integration and Management (SIAM)Embed IT risk management, compliance, and security frameworksImplement multi-year budgeting and transparent asset management. Service Delivery & Operational ExcellenceEnsure secure, stable, and high-quality IT services across all business unitsBalance in-house capabilities with outsourced providersDrive automation, efficiency, and proactive issue resolutionLead the transition from Oracle to SAP. Portfolio & Transformation ManagementOversee IT portfolio prioritization and resource allocationSponsor transformation initiatives from infrastructure modernization to digital product developmentPromote agile and lean ways of workingEnsure transparent reporting to C-level stakeholders.
