Functieomschrijving
Als operator bacteriologische productie in Boxmeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle werkzaamheden die nodig zijn voor de productie van een hoogwaardig en veilig antigeen. Deze antigenen worden vervolgens gebruikt om vaccins te maken die de levenskwaliteit van dieren over de hele wereld verbeteren. Als operator kom je te werken in een leuk en ondersteunend team bestaande uit dertig collega's. Er zijn diverse mogelijkheden voor zelfontwikkeling. Naast deze trainingen is er een groot aantal andere trainingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling mogelijk.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Veelzijdig pakket gaande van mediavoorbereiding, groeiend tot downstreamproductie tot verwerking van de GMP-documentatie.
- Werken met alle nieuwe teelttechnieken die beschikbaar zijn binnen de farmaceutische industrie, van kleinschalige teelt tot grootschalige single-use teelttechnieken tot 1500L.
- Vermogen om verbetermogelijkheden aan te pakken. Verbeteringen kunt u zelf realiseren in samenwerking met uw eigen team en/of andere teams binnen het bedrijf
- Werken in een snelgroeiend netwerk waar je internationaal contact hebt om de beschikbare kwaliteit en flexibiliteit gemengd te houden.
Profiel
- Opleiding op het gebied van biotechnologie, procestechnologie, biologie, procesautomatisering of vergelijkbaar. Op MBO-niveau.
- Affiniteit met biologische processen, farmaceutische productieomgeving en de motivatie om deze processen te begrijpen.
- Bewustzijn van kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de productie.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Ervaring met het werken in cleanrooms is een pré
- Een wil om te blijven leren en ontwikkelen
- Flexibiliteit om periodieke diensten te draaien
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris tussen €2400,- en €3000,- op basis van ervaring, exclusief toeslag
- Werkgelegenheid via Oxford Global Resources, met vooruitzicht en intentie tot overname
