As a technical employee, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality service and support to our customers across EMEA. Your role involves performing repairs and calibrations on a variety of test and measurement products, ensuring they meet traceable and accredited standards. You will face the challenge of maintaining a high turnaround rate, with a target of returning 95% of all repairs and calibrations within 5 working days. Your technical expertise, combined with your ability to work independently and communicate effectively, will be essential in achieving these goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform: repairs and calibrations at traceable and accredited levels in our Eindhoven workshop
  • Ensure: high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Handle: administrative duties as required
  • Execute: hardware and software updates when applicable
  • Advise: customers on technical questions and provide support

  • Mid to high level degree in electronics
