A key element of this strategy is our search for a Customer Service & Logistics Representative for the Europen retail market, a role critical to our success in this region. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Uludağ Beverage is a growing organization in Industry, committed to operational excellence and supporting our clients with quality service.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Administrative Representative to join our team. This role will be the primary point of contact for customers, while also managing key administrative tasks related to logistics and order processing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations in logistics and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

·       High school diploma required; degree in business administration, logistics or related field is a plus. Bachelor's level thinking and working capacity.

·       Previous experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

·       Experience with ERP systems, CRM software and office tools (Excel, Word) is a must.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong organizational and multitasking awareness with attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

·       Problem solving skills

·       Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

·       Knowledge of logistics, order processing and inventory management is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

·       Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customer issues or logistical challenges

·       Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis.

· Good communication skills in both Dutch, German and English.

· Preferably with a European Union residence permanent

Key Responsibilities

·       Address customer inquiries via phone, email and *live chat, providing timely and effective solutions.

·       Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges and troubleshooting.

·       Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Enter customer orders into the company's SAP system and ensure they are processed correctly.

·       Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order progress, confirm inventory availability and ensure on-time delivery.

·       Coordinate returns, exchanges and refunds according to company policy.

·       Assist with logistics tasks including organizing and tracking shipments, managing inventory levels and coordinating with external logistics providers.

·       Prepare and maintain basic logistics documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels and invoices.

·       Track and update customers on shipment status, ensuring smooth delivery and problem resolution.

·       Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements and shipping standards.

·       Provide inventory management including updating stock levels and collaborating with warehouse team to replenish stock.

·       Ensure accurate records of both incoming and outgoing inventory movements are organized and maintained.

·       Investigate and resolve issues related to customer orders, shipments or inventory discrepancies.

·       Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure any logistics challenges are addressed promptly.

      Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service and logistics processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
