Uniekaas, a leading name in Dutch cheese, is seeking a highly motivated cheese production associate to join our dynamic team. We specialize in efficiently preparing and packaging a variety of cheese products for distribution to stores nationwide.


Are you up for the task and are you able to lift and move 15 kg cheese blocks? If so, we have a full-time opportunity that might be perfect for you We're offering full-time positions in a 2-3 shift system with a competitive hourly wage of €15,29. Plus, you'll earn an additional 30% to 40% for evening and night shifts


What does the role at Uniekaas involve?



  • Safely operating cheese cutting and packaging machinery
  • Keeping your workspace clean and reporting any issues to your supervisor immediately
  • Placing 15 kg cheese blocks onto the conveyor belt
  • Packaging sliced cheese portions
  • Assisting your colleagues to ensure a smooth production process
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation, as the high hygine standards need to be adhered to
  • Effective collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth production flow

  • Boost your income with generous evening and night shift bonuses Earn an extra €2 per hour for evenings (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and a whopping €2.97 per hour for nights (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) - 30% and 40% respectively
  • We offer a travel allowance to cover your commute for distances over 10 km.

Functie-eisen

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good English or Dutch speaking skills
  • No experience in the production environment is required - you will be get a training on the job
  • Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and lifting up to 15 kg
  • Own place of residence in the neighbourhood of Kaatsheuvel

Founded in 1956, Uniekaas has grown from a collaboration of 30 cheese merchants to a unified organization. Since 2009, we've been based in Kaatsheuvel, where our products are stored, aged, and processed.
