Financial Auditor (Publieke Sector)Voor een organisatie binnen de publieke sector zoeken wij een Financial Auditor die ervaring heeft met wettelijke controles, interne beheersing en rechtmatigheid van financiële processen. De audits hebben betrekking op uiteenlopende onderdelen van de (semi-)overheid, zoals financiële stromen, organisatorische processen, IT-beheersing en naleving van wet- en regelgeving.Je werkt binnen een professioneel auditteam waar kwaliteit, onafhankelijk oordeel en zorgvuldige dossiervorming centraal staan. Bevindingen leg je vast in auditdossiers en bespreek je met projectleiders en management.WerkzaamhedenJe werkzaamheden richten zich voornamelijk op het uitvoeren van controlewerkzaamheden binnen de wettelijke en interne auditopdracht van een publieke instelling. Denk hierbij aan:Verzamelen, analyseren en beoordelen van financiële documentatie en bewijsstukkenToetsen van interne beheersingsmaatregelen en controlesystemenUitvoeren van cijferanalyses, verbandscontroles en detailcontrolesBeoordelen van de rechtmatigheid van bestedingen en inkoopprocessenOpstellen van controlebevindingen en bijdragen aan auditrapportagesAanleveren van input voor conceptcontroleverslagenEisen Senior: Je besickt over een afgeronde AA of RA-opleidingMinimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van financiële auditsEisen Medior: Minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding in Accountancy of vergelijkbare financiële richtingMinimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van financiële auditsWensenErvaring met dossierreview en kwaliteitstoetsingKennis van rechtmatigheid, aanbestedingsprocessen en relevante wet- en regelgevingSterke analytische vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid en vermogen om onafhankelijk te oordelenWerken via Oliver JamesKies je voor Oliver James, dan kies je voor een betrouwbare partner met het sterkste netwerk binnen de financiële sector.
