Als People Operations Specialist ben je meer dan alleen een administratieve kracht – je bent een essentieel aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt voor een stabiele en goed georganiseerde People & Culture-afdeling, waar medewerkers terechtkunnen met hun vragen en zich gewaardeerd en ondersteund voelen. Door processen te stroomlijnen en continu te verbeteren, draag je actief bij aan het succes van Déhora en help je mee aan een werkklimaat waarin iedereen optimaal en betekenisvol kan presteren.
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- Een stabiele en betrouwbare basis: Je zorgt dat alle People & Culture-processen – van contractbeheer tot payroll – foutloos verlopen en dat personeelsgegevens nauwkeurig en compliant worden beheerd.
- Gestroomlijnde HR-processen: Je optimaliseert de administratie en back-end processen, zodat alles soepel loopt en leidinggevenden en medewerkers moeiteloos de juiste ondersteuning krijgen.
- Een impactvolle employee experience: Je zorgt ervoor dat elke stap van de employee journey – van onboarding tot exit – helder, efficiënt en prettig verloopt, zodat medewerkers zich volledig kunnen focussen op hun werk.
- Data-gedreven inzichten: Je monitort en analyseert People-data zoals verzuim en verloop en vertaalt dit naar strategische KPI's die bijdragen aan een sterke organisatie.
Wat bieden wij jou?
Je krijgt een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, waarin je niet alleen bijdraagt aan de continuïteit van de organisatie, maar ook de ruimte krijgt om processen zelf in te richten en te verbeteren. Je het volgende verwachten:
- Een salaris tussen 3.500 Euro en 4.500 Euro (o.b.v. 40 uur), in lijn met jouw kennis en ervaring.
- 25 vakantiedagen én 2 aanvullende brugdagen.

Wie ben jij?
Ben jij een analytische en proactieve People & Culture-professional die niet alleen blij wordt van strak georganiseerde processen, maar ook energie krijgt van verbetering en groei? Dan pas jij perfect in ons team
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een People Operations- of People Generalist-rol.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft rustig onder druk en denkt in mogelijkheden. Problemen zie je als kansen om te verbeteren.
- Kennis van salarisadministratie, loonheffingen en arbeidsrecht is een grote plus
- Je hebt ervaring met HR-systemen en weet je weg in MS Office, vooral Excel.
- Goede communicatie en een klantgerichte mindset zitten in je DNA. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers zich goed geholpen en gehoord voelen.
- Je werkt discreet en gaat secuur om met vertrouwelijke informatie, want betrouwbaarheid staat bij jou voorop.
