Functieomschrijving

As one of our flexworkers, you will be required to perform a variety of all-round supporting tasks related to both inbound and outbound logistics processes that are vital to the smooth operation of the warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, hard-working and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

The part-time day-shift positions in our flexpool start from 08:00 to 09:00 in the morning until 17:00 to 18:00 in the evening and allow you to work a minimum of two set 8-hour days per week, with one or two additional "reserve" days. These reserve days mean that we can call you up to 10:00 on those days for you to attend work at short notice to cover for sicknesses, absences or a high-workload within the warehouse.

This role involves physical, all-around warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 20kg and use of MHE.

Your daily responsibilities will typically involve:

  • Loading and unloading goods using Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT)
  • Physical work lifting and carrying upto 20KG
  • Picking orders with the help of scanners
  • Using software like SAP, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preparing shipments for dispatch
  • Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods
  • Performing quality and damage control checks

Functie-eisen

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Experience in a logistics environment is a plus
  • MHE certification is an advantage but not required
  • Reliable transportation (car or bike) to accommodate shift hours
  • Good physical fitness
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
