Founded in 1956, Uniekaas has grown from a collaboration of 30 cheese merchants to a unified organization. Since 2009, we've been based in Kaatsheuvel, where our products are stored, aged, and processed.
In late 2017 Unikaas merged with DOC Dairy Partners, becoming part of the DMK Group. Despite this expansion, the time-honored Gouda traditional recipe remains unchanged. Our passion for cheesemaking will never change.
