Task and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, warehousing, and transportation, to optimize efficiency and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent delays and minimize disruptions in supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and carriers to negotiate contracts and rates, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuously assess and improve logistics procedures and systems to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role within the natural products or related industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in an additional language such as Dutch, Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

  • Salary range: €2500 - €3000, depending on experience.
