You are involved in coordinating shipments from start to finish, including quoting, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer service throughout all aspects of their request.

Description

• Assist in onboarding new customers, in addition to those already handled by the team, ensuring a smooth transition to our service.
• Develop relationships with customers to achieve team goals.
• Provide support to the Export Team in achieving their objectives.
• Accurate and complete entry of shipment and customer information into the system.
• Booking shipments with carriers - Airlines and road transport companies.
• Process all shipping documentation, including, but not limited to: MAWB, HAWB, waybills, CMR, etc.
• Process customs declarations.
• Adhere to destination-specific documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all monthly KPIs and timely fulfillment of billing requirements.
• Provide competitive quotes to customers and foreign offices, always seeking intelligent purchasing.
• Resolve daily issues with customers and suppliers, including issuing NCRs.
• Advise customers on all aspects of importing/exporting cargo.
