The corporate culture within Arrow can be described as informal, open, direct and result orientated.What you are going to doIn your role as Supervisor you are responsible for achieving the daily production goals and controlling, checking and correcting the quality, quantity and productivity of the operational activities within the team. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:Organizing, prioritizing, and dividing tasks within your teamDaily communication/updates to/with the team and conduct monthly performance meetings with the employees within your departmentSupporting and coaching employees with the execution of their responsibilities and tasksContinuous focus on quality, quantity and productivity to guarantee timeliness and avoiding mistakes, including the execution of preventive and corrective actionsMonitoring processes and progress of the flow of goods and maintaining proper executionAdequate follow up on urgent orders and pro-active signaling of eventual bottlenecks, creating and implementing improvement proposals and processesConducting job reviews, assessments, and absenteeism interviewsMaintaining order and tidiness of the work environment/department and implementation of 5s if neededPromoting co-operation and work atmosphereWe are looking for A quality-oriented mindset with a great sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, and who is stress resistant.
