For Dahua Europe B.V. we are looking for junior Graphic Designer – WEU. As a part of our Dahua WEU marketing team, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the WEU Marketing Team members and regional Marketing Teams to deliver extraordinary design works, from infographics, advertisements and from posters to sales documents. The future job holder will also have the opportunity to contribute to the structure of the design process and graphic guidelines, in order to maintain the design quality level and improve. Therefore, the future job holder will be helping Dahua to build our brand presence, promote our lead generation, and strengthen Dahua's position as a world-leading, video-centric, smart IoT solution and service provider. This would be an exciting opportunity for the suitable candidate to make his or her mark within a continuously expanding organization. The base location would be in Zoetermeer and the Graphic Designer will be reporting to the Marketing Director - WEU.

Job Description

  • Being the responsible designer for the weekly visuals of the Dahua marketing campaigns, partner app and other marketing projects;
  • Working closely with the Marketing Teams and the Sales Teams, to execute the regional marketing activities, from the initial creative concept to the final layout;
  • Sharing the ownership of Dahua's brand visual identity, by creating visual content that stands out and helps building a strong brand reputation in the market;
  • Consistently implementing and promoting brand awareness across the organization, in line with our graphic identity;
  • Interpreting and translating the graphic guidelines to new and existing marketing materials;
  • Providing the team with many new and good ideas;
  • Other duties as directed by the WEU Marketing Director.

Job Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Web design, Graphic design or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant design experience
  • Phenomenal design portfolio and excellent proficiency with the Adobe package (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Experience in intercultural working culture
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importancy
  • Strong understanding of the industry and our business mission would be a plus
  • Attention to detail and logical approach by identifying business needs and proactively translate this into marketing action plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese or any WEU language skills would be considered as an advantage
  • Enthusiastic with the eagerness to learn and improve.
