Exciting Opportunity for an Associate Director in Real Estate Financing – Join a Leading Firm
We are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the real estate financing sector, currently seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Large Transaction Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in structuring and executing large financing transactions, while managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:
- Structuring and underwriting large senior loans, managing client portfolios, and overseeing the deal process and project management within the deal team.
- Delivering tailored financing solutions, including senior loans, bridge and mezzanine financing, and equity investments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as relationship directors, real estate specialists, legal experts, and risk analysts to provide outstanding customer service.
- Taking ownership of coordinating deals and managing the process, always prioritizing client needs.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking candidates with:
- A completed HBO education (preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate Agency).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate financing, deal structuring, or portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling (Excel).
- A creative, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding innovative solutions in real estate financing.
- The ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English (Dutch is a plus).
