You’re in the right place Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.An opportunity exists in our Netherlands Sales organisation for an experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper‑growth, fast‑paced and dynamic environment We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic business sales initiatives within the Digital business (Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud) for Enterprise Account & Mid‑Market Accounts for the Netherlands region.Role DescriptionAs Sales Leader, you will play a key role managing a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Netherlands sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. Ideal candidates should possess solid business‑to‑business (B2B) sales and prior Enterprise Software sales management experience.Your ImpactDevelopment of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customer(s) and with internal team membersDevelop the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy for the team to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of Salesforce across the regionSupporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as requiredManagement of a high performance team, including recruiting, hiring and trainingBuild strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce eco‑systemLeading weekly forecast meetingsDriving pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s)Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identificationEngaging at the C‑level in customer organisations and leverage own existing C‑level network.Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecastingConsistently supervising and enhancing the sales activities of the teamRequired SkillsConsistent track record in building / managing high performance teamsAble to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix / multi‑product sales environmentStrong knowledge of the Digital Marketing and/or E‑commerce market and ecosystemExperience selling transformational technology solutions to Enterprise customersPrevious experience in solution sales (especially Software / SaaS / Cloud)Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience, working with complex customersPeople management experience (directly or via matrix)A passion for building a growing a diverse teamProven ability to create and inspire successful teamsExcellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)Passion for supporting team developmentExcellent negotiation skillsA self‑starter that can excel in a fast‑paced environmentBenefits & PerksCheck out our benefits site which explains our various benefits, including well‑being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
