Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and expand consulting activities and offerings in alignment with Avertim's key business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance. Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.
- Strategic Project and Contract Management: Oversee multiple high-impact projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants. Drive career and personal development initiatives in collaboration with Avertim's HR department to ensure continuous growth and engagement of your team.
Your Profile:
- A Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Pharmacy or Life Sciences related fields.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience with experience in management, preferably within consulting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Fluency in Dutch and and English is essential.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional leadership capabilities. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Resilience and Ambition: High levels of resilience, ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
